Cutting
Fabric leaves the store against the order, layered, marked, cut and bundled. Every metre on record from the first cut.
Pre-stitching
Optional, like pre finishing. Only the stages your product needs. Fusing, embroidery and printing before the machine line.
Stitching
Bundles issued to workers, scanned back when done. Output tracked per worker, who did what, how much and when.
Pre-finishing
Washing, pressing prep and thread trimming, whatever sits between the line and the finishing table.
Finishing
Pressing, folding, tagging, packing. It starts looking like something a customer will hold.
Quality check
Every piece inspected before it can call itself a finished good. Pass, and it earns a product label. Fail, and
Rework
it goes back. To stitching, or all the way to cutting. The loop is tracked, nothing falls off the record.
Finished goods
Repaired pieces rejoin the order. 600 garments enter stock with their full production history attached.
